For more than 15 years, Rolf Fiebiger has represented individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, and the Upper Midwest in high-stakes disputes where the outcome matters personally and professionally. He has built a practice focused on employment law, business disputes, and complex civil litigation, helping clients navigate workplace conflicts, business challenges, and complex legal disputes with practical advice and strategic advocacy.

 

Rolf believes every case starts with listening. Clients often come to him during stressful and uncertain moments—when their career, business, reputation, or livelihood may be on the line. He takes the time to understand each client's circumstances, goals, and priorities before developing a strategy tailored to their specific situation. He believes effective advocacy requires not only a thorough understanding of the law, but also a clear understanding of the people involved and what matters most to them.

His practice includes employment litigation, wrongful termination, discrimination and retaliation claims, business and partnership disputes, professional licensing matters, workplace investigations, probate and trust litigation, and other complex civil disputes. While employment law remains a core focus of his practice, he also represents clients in a broad range of business and civil litigation matters.

Before founding his own practice, Rolf began his career handling nationwide pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, representing individuals against some of the largest corporations in the country. That experience helped shape the litigation style he brings to every matter today: prepared, strategic, and ready to litigate when necessary.

Rolf was previously recognized by Super Lawyers as a Minnesota Rising Star for multiple consecutive years, an honor awarded to a small percentage of attorneys based on peer recognition and professional achievement. He has also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers.

Outside of practicing law, Rolf enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, traveling (especially to northern Minnesota and the North Shore), pickleball, and officiating high school and college football.
